Revlon is my favorite drugstore brand for nail polish, I feel like the quality is amazing and the shade selection rivals higher-end brands. I picked up this shade, Popular, and it is definitely a unique polish!
Popular is a beautiful lavender polish with different sized suspended silver glitters. I found the formula to be in the middle of thick and thin, it was easy to apply, and the glitter was also easy to get on the nails. In the first swatch, I applied one coat to my pointer finger, two coats to my middle, and so on so you can get a look at the pigmentation.
What you have to be careful about with this polish is the more coats you put on, the less shine from the sparkles you're going to have, it's just the way this polish works. I would say to go with two, maybe three coats max with it!
The Bottom Line
I really enjoy this polish and it's definitely a unique color that will get you lots of compliments!
What do you think? Have you tried this polish? Let us know in the comments!
