Prestige Cosmetics has done it yet again.

The Total Intensity Eyeliner has become my new holy grail eye product and a definite monthly favorite! This range of budget-friendly eyeliners comes in a total of 10 rich shades to satisfy any color craving.

The shade that I received is Lively Turquoise, a beautiful, stunning pop of color that's so refreshing to see. Check out a look I created using this color here!

What truly attracts me to this eyeliner, however, is the formula & here's why:

-Buttery, creamy, smooth formula

I've used a lot of pencil drugstore eyeliners and this one is on a totally different level. The actual liner is so creamy that it glides across your lid without tugging or dragging. Perfection.

-Long lasting

Once this liner sets, it will not move. It stays put just like it claims, yet removes easily with makeup remover.

-Pigmented

The color is so concentrated in this product where a little goes a long way.

In my opinion, this eyeliner is definitely comparable with the likes of the Urban Decay pencils, but at under $6 it's an absolute beauty bargain!

The Pros:

Great formula, lasts, no tugging, no cosmetic smell, budget friendly, great color selection, good packaging

The Cons:

It is very creamy so the eyeliner has a tendency to break at the tip. But it's not that big of a deal to just sharpen it again if it's under $6!
