Hey everyone!
I know I'm not alone when I say that every year I make a New Years Resolution and by the second week (maybe the third day...) you've already broken it. Well, that's about to change in 2013!
I've created the "31 Days to a Better You" challenge for the entire month of January to help make those resolutions stick! This is not diet, exercise or moral specific as it's just working towards becoming the better person you want to be!
Here's my challenge:
Do 20 minutes yoga sessions at least 4 times per week
Limit myself to 1 glass of lemonade per day (I live in a college dorm where the lemonade runs free)
Drink at least 2 water bottles per day
Get 8 hours of sleep per night (no more 2 a.m. bedtimes!)
Get all of my work done as soon as I can (spoken from a true procrastinator)
So, I'd love if you would make a post on your blog about a challenge to yourself to help keep your New Years resolution going strong! I'm going to be doing two more posts about my challenge progress, one mid-January and one at the end.
