I know that not everyone can take the day off today and fully relax, so here's five quick and easy tips that anyone can do to get a little relaxation today!
1. Do some yoga
I love yoga! Even if you've never done it before, I highly recommend that you try 10 minutes today! Yoga has so many health benefits including reducing anxiety and giving your muscles a really deep, invigorating stretch.

2. Make a cup of tea
I drink a lot of tea personally and if you're really stressed or just want to wind down, the soft herbs and heat of the water can be very soothing. Just don't buy anything with caffeine! I recommend a sleepy time flavor because the blend of herbs will be extra relaxing!
3. Pamper yourself
My favorite way to relax is to pamper myself with some of my skincare. Pop on a face mask, cucmber slices on your eyes, and put on an Enya cd for the ultimate relaxing experience! I like to use my Queen Helene Mint Julep mask, a nice scented lotion, and my CosBar at Target gel eye mask!
4. Meditate for 5 minutes
Take five minutes out of your day to sit alone and clear your mind. This is proven to work wonders to relax and live in the now!
5. Do something you love
Call a family member, do a little retail therapy, read a favorite book again, the possibilities are endless! Just take a little time to yourself today to do something you love to do and chill out!
