Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter in 001, Pink Truffle

I also own Strawberry Shortcake, which I'm not the biggest fan of, but there's 40% off Revlon sale at Rite Aid this week and I decided to try again.

My top three picks to look for were Peach Parfait, Pink Truffle, and Berry Smoothie. I really wanted Peach Parfait, but I'm a little scared of the shimmer, and how that would feel on my lips in the lip butter formula. Maybe next time.

Pink Truffle is a dark rosy pink with no shimmer. On me, this is two shades darker than my natural lip color. This is not a color for the faint-hearted though, especially if you have pale skin like me, it's a bit shocking.

I like the formula on Pink Truffle a lot more than Strawberry Shortcake, as it's much more creamy and smooth. The pigmentation is also a lot better, but I think that's because the color is darker too.

--And I checked on the ingredients, and no parabens!

The Pros:

The formula is smooth, the pigmentation is good, and when Revlon goes on sale, it's very affordable. There's also no big cosmetic smell or anything

The Cons:

...nothing!

I love this lip butter and once I'm a bit tanned up, I'm sure it will look fantastic! I definitely recommend this one!
